CEN4GEN offers numerous leading-edge human molecular diagnostic testing services using several proprietary testing options that we have developed. These include:

- Pharmacogenomic testing

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using?
CEN4GEN has a robust infrastructure that adapts to our evolving services and products to overcome a variety of challenges. In order to accomplish this, we have developed unique Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines that are used in conjunction with the SWOT, MOST, and PESTLE business analysis methods to effectively assess, reduce, and/or abolish the challenges and risks for the products and services we provide.
What has been the biggest challenge so far and how did you solve it?
The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly been one of the greatest recent challenges to both public and private sector businesses, including CEN4GEN. We utilized the pandemic period to maximize our operational framework to innovate, expand other services and products that are applicable in developing technologies and services, and use some of our new products and services to assist in alleviating the pandemic crisis. Some examples of the technologies and services that CEN4GEN has developed and deployed during the pandemic are:

- COVID-19 vaccine efficacy detection products

How does your company market its product and services?
At CEN4GEN, we utilize several marketing strategies for our services and products, including online methods such as search engine marketing, analytic tools available with search engines like Google and Bing, social media tools such as Facebook (Meta) and YouTube, and online commercial sites like eBay.
What’s the best specific piece of advice you have for other entrepreneurs?
Being an entrepreneur requires one to quickly adapt to the highly dynamic and often spontaneous and unpredictable demands of the local and global markets. There is no specific recipe for any entrepreneur. However, having knowledge and expertise within your commerce objectives, being creative and industrious, and having a passion for what you want to pursue are a few things that could help you accomplish your goals as an entrepreneur.

The trajectory for CEN4GEN over the next five years is to continue our advancements with excellence, integrity, and outstanding quality and standards in the services and products we offer and develop, as well as to ensure we continue to evolve and adapt to the global demands and solutions needed by our clients at any given time.
