What are you building, and who benefits most from it? 

We are building an off-market real estate platform that provides real estate investors with the tools to do more due diligence and close on deals faster. Local communities will benefit the most from our platform. We are empowering real estate investors to work with people who are new to real estate and looking to turn properties that are liabilities in their community into assets. 

What is one of your startup’s most impressive accomplishments?

Our most impressive accomplishment is really and truly our design-driven system of thinking. Every month, we release new tools that improve the experience for our users and increase their productivity. We have launched features such as Super Share, Boots on the Ground, Instant Deal, and more. 

The reason this is the most impressive accomplishment to us is that we know our users are getting what they really need and will continue to as long as they have a relationship with us. Satisfied customers are our number one goal. 

What has been the biggest challenge so far, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge for me so far has been building a product that my users love. To solve this problem, I began to do a lot of in-person user research. This has made a significant impact on understanding what users want and what their problems truly are. We are now building tools that our users love and are in high demand.

What tool or app could you not live without and why?

Those would be my phone and several apps on it that allow me to connect with my team and customers. Whether it be Slack, Google Meet, Facebook, or another social media platform, these apps in combination with my phone help me run my business. 

What marketing strategies have worked for you?

Event marketing has worked the best for us. We saw a significant increase in user growth and usage after participating in local real estate events. 

What’s the best specific piece of advice you have for other entrepreneurs?

We believe an entrepreneur should stay persistent and focus on customer experience to achieve success. 

What does your company’s trajectory look like over the next five years?

In five years, we will be in every state in America. We would like to be in 10% of homes, helping communities maintain their housing and redevelop distressed-looking houses into beautiful neighborhood homes.
